           Everyone want to be a sole dependant of a business, to be call the  CEO of that company but then again, they don’t know what it takes to take that business up to that very height, my journey as an entrepreneur was never an easy ones, i failed at every point ,not that i didn’t want to be successful but the truth is i wasn’t ready to take that cross, the risk and giving  it my all ,i started up as generator repairer not because i loved it or cause i wanted to, but because i was hungry and needed any means for a livelihood, it was more like from hand to mouth(my Nigerians readers  can relate to this theory),i was making little or nothing at all and that wasn’t even enough for the hand to mouth theory…i had to quit repairing generators…the stress was much yet i get little returns, after years of backing out of the generator repairs’ decided to take a time out to figure out why i wasn’t getting as much as i worked for then, then i realise there something i wasn’t doing right, which brings me to this topic WHAT IT TAKES TO BUILD A BUSINESS.

       Back then i mounted so much of pressure on my business, i expected lot and lots of good returns but what i failed to realised then was that starting up a business is more like training a child from birth. As an entrepreneur, don’t mount so much pressure on your business, it might not seem like what you envisioned before taking that bold step, that’s a more reason it’s called building a brand. Building a brand is more like training a child, A child don’t just grow up over night and becomes successful in life, that child goes through different stages of life, ranging from when the parent met, to when when they had a thing, to when the mother conceived, then to child birth, to a month old and so on till he/she ascertain that high he/she desired, the same applies to your business ,you give it time to grow, which is by putting out good content, you nurture that business as if it were to be a child ,giving it the basic necessity that it requires it to grow to be that big brand,

lead generation is simply a means or a system through which new, existing or potential clients get to know about your business everyday.someone new must come across your business. As a starter, you need to have a system that brings new people to you everyday

for instance, if  maximum of 50 persons came across your business, at least 10 out of  50 of them should patronise you, mare coming to your page/store alone should give you an edge to make them buy something, no one should leave  your page without buying anything, which brings us to the last point,

LIFETIME VALUE OPTIMIZATION

     An this stage, you should be able to establish trust and make them feel at home, for explain,50 persons knew about your business today and 10 out of that 50 were able to buy something from you, you should be able to establish a relationship with such a customer so as to make him/her come back to buy something else, out of that 10 persons who patronised you,3 or 4 out of them should comfortably come back to buy something else.

furthermore, as a strategic business person, you should be able to make other stream of income from your main business, take for an instance, your sell phones, you should know that your client would need a phone case and other accessories, as such you create another avenue to make them buy more from…

AS A  SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS OR BEGINNER ,DON'T BOTHER ADVERTISING YOUR BUSINESS,

I know a lot of you will be asking why why why…good question..

      Truth be told, no body care about your business ,all of those beautiful ideas, sponsored ads, as long as you’re just starting that business, no body cares about it, so instead of  advertising your brand, your new product our collections ,instead advertise offers, what your potential customer stand to get for patronising a product from you, make sure such offer is so tempting that they won’t be able to resist...
